Ekibastuz prepares for Day of the 1st President with opening social facilities, sport events and concerts
PAVLODAR. November 25. KAZINFORM - The Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Ekibastuz (Pavlodar region)is coincided with opening of a children's technical school, a nursery-garden named "Ak Bota" for 320 seats, and handing keys of new apartments to 45 families, the press office of mayor of the town says.
This week in the town of coal miners and miners there will take place a charity concert "Gift of the President" aimed to support the families with disabled children.
The music school of Ekibastuz built with the support of the Head of State will hold music festivals with participation of the regional philharmonic concert and "The Three Tenors " concert of the Russian opera classics.
Ekibastuz residents will participate in athletics race at 2,400 meters - "Presidential mile". The town will hold cahmpionship of volleyball teams of veterans, a hockey championship and a regional tournament named "Kazak kuresi".
In the town museum and the central library there will be opening of photo exhibition named "President and Ekibastuz", book fairs titled "President with an amazing destiny". Palace of culture "Kynar " will host a patriotic action called "We support the President".
