Egyptian Minister of Awqafreceives an invitation for the 5th Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions

During the meeting, the Egyptian Minister received an invitation from President of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan, Head of the Secretariat of the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions K. Tokayev to participate at the V Congress, which would take place on June 10-11 this year in Astana, as well as at the fourteenth session of the Secretariat of the interfaith forum, scheduled for June 9th. The Minister of Awqaf commended the policy of President NursultanNazarbayev, which ensured inter-religious harmony and peaceful coexistence in a multiethnic country and said that today in the light of the rise of radical and extremist ideas in the world, Kazakhstan was a country that demonstrated a sample of solidarity, unity and tolerance. Juma gratefully accepted the invitation to the 5th Congress and confirmed his participation in its work.
