Earthquake shakes Almaty region

ALMATY. KAZINFORM – An earthquake measuring 4.1 on the MPV scale was registered in the territory of Kazakhstan’s Almaty region on Sunday evening, Kazinform reports.
The epicenter of the quake was located in the territory of Zhambyl district of Almaty region, 88 km southwest of Almaty city.
The quake was recorded at a depth of 15 km at 5:45 pm Almaty time.
