EAPC conference in Baku postponed for indefinite period due to closure of European airspace

ASTANA. April 19. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ Holding of the EAPC conference on the problem of weapons of mass destruction non-proliferation was postponed due to the closure of the European airspace. Kazakh Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs-Special Envoy of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Konstantin Zhigalov should partake in it as among major contributors; the Kazakh MFA's press service informs.
Earlier, Official Representative of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry Askar Abdrakhmanov informed that the conference will be held in Azerbaijan on April 20-21. Its holding is postponed for an indefinite period.
