Dutch PM congratulates Kazakhstanis on Astana Day

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte has sent a telegram of congratulations to Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev, the president's press service reports.
The Dutch politician congratulated President Nazarbayev on his birthday and conveyed his best wishes to people of Kazakhstan on the occasion of the 17th anniversary of Astana city.
