Draft Law "On state regulation of production and sales of biofuel" to be discussed at Senate's plenary session
ASTANA. April 23. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Draft Law "On state regulation of production and sales of biofuel" was discussed at the session of the Committee on agrarian issues and environment protection of the Senate of the Kazakh Parliament chaired by Bolat Zhylkyshiyev.
As Vice Minister of Agriculture of Kazakhstan Arman Yevniyev noted, the draft Law is aimed at promotion of the biofuel production in Kazakhstan to a new level.
The draft Law is designed for development of production and sales of biofuel, control over the issue of food security of the state and environment protection.
The Senators introduced a range of amendments to the draft Law. Upon the results of discussion, the draft Law was submitted to the consideration of the House.
