Draft Law ‘On state control and supervision in Kazakhstan’ discussed in Astana

'The topic of discussion is very relevant at the moment because the bill is now under consideration of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan. We have to fully define which state bodies are to carry out these responsibilities and what the control means. In case we succeed in defining and dividing the responsibilities between the state bodies in this regard we will be able to make the system work in the desirable way', Director of the Institute of Legislation of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Law Sciences Busurmanov Zhumabek noted.

According to him this bill is aimed at regulation of the work of the state bodies in regard of control and supervision.

Scientists, representatives of the Ministry of Justice took part in the meeting.
