Draft agenda of Majilis regular plenary session prepared
ASTANA. October 88. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ A draft agenda of a regular plenary session of the Majilis has been prepared at a session of the Bureau of the Majilis, which was chaired by Speaker Ural Mukhamedzhanov.
The next draft laws are on the agenda: "On amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on countering terrorism"; "On amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on simplification of the state registration of legal entities and record registration of branches and representations"; "On ratification of the Loan Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Asian Development Bank within the framework of the anti-crisis program to support the ADB member-states".
The deputies will be introduced with the amendments made by the Senate to the next draft laws: "On forensic expert activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan"; "On amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on forensic expert activity"; "On amendments to Criminal Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on simplified pre-trial procedure".
