DPRK demands $65trln compensation from USA for hostility time

SEOUL.June 24. KAZINFORM The Democratic People's Republic of Korea demanded on Thursday the US pay a 65 trillion dollars' compensation for the decades of Washington's hostility.

Similar demands were voiced in January 2007 in a DPRK's official magazine, which had counted the victims among civilians and other losses over the Korean War of 1950-1953.

On June 25, the Southern and Northern parts will celebrate the 60th anniversary of the beginning of the Korean War, which was over with the signing of an armistice only. Till now, Seoul and Pyongyang technically are in a state of war, Kazinform refers to ITAR-TASS.
