Dmitry Popko wins ITF tournament in Antalya

Dmitry Popko of Kazakhstan won the ITF M25 Antalya tournament in men’s singles, Kazinform News Agency reports via Prosports.kz.
In the final showdown, Popko defeated world No 743 Max Alcala Gurri from Spain with the score of 6-4, 7-5. The match lasted for almost two hours.
The cash prize of the tournament is $15,000.
After the win, Popko skyrocketed by 44 lines in the world ranking – from the 502nd to the 458th line.
