Developed budgetary policy is society-oriented, N. Nigmatulin
ASTANA. February 16. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ The developed budgetary policy of Kazakhstan is society-oriented. First Deputy Chairman of the People's Democratic Party Nur Otan Nurlan Nigmatulin said it at the enlarged meeting of the "Nur Otan" faction in the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan.
According to him, the revised budget for 2011-2013 includes instructions of the Head of State aimed at raising living standards of the people of Kazakhstan. The income of our people will increase through the new employment strategy. The unemployment rate will be reduced to 5 percent also due to realization of the Forced Industrial-Innovative Development State Program. Realization of the Balapan program will be continued which is to cover 74 percent of children with preschool education till 2015 and 100 percent till 2020.
"All the issues regarding new schools, medical institutions and instructions given by the President will be under control of the Party", N. Nigmatulin concluded.
