Deputy Secretary Poneman visited Kazakhstan

TANA. October 15. KAZINFORM U.S. Deputy Secretary of Energy Daniel Poneman visited Kazakhstan October 11 - 14 to participate in the Astana International Forum for a Nuclear Weapon-Free World and the U.S.-Kazakhstan Energy Partnership. The Forum included a trip to Semey Nuclear Testing site to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the site's closure, the US Diplomatic Mission to Kazakhstan said.
