Delegation of Kazakh Emergencies Ministry met with Vice Minister of Czech MIA
ASTANA. May 14. KAZINFORM Yesterday a delegation of the Kazakh Emergencies Ministry headed by Vice Minister Valery Petrov met with Minister of Internal Affairs of the Czech Republic Martin Pecina in Prague.
As the press service of the Kazakhstan Embassy in Prague informs, the parties expressed interest in development of cooperation in prevention and liquidation of emergency situations and defined promising spheres of interaction.
Within the meeting the parties entered into a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Kazakh Emergencies Ministry and the Czech Ministry of Internal Affairs. In accordance with the document, the ministries intend to develop cooperation in ensuring industrial and fire safety, training and retraining personnel, implementation of new technologies, organization of conferences, workshops and scientific researches on prevention of natural and man-made emergency situations and on holding joint exercises.
The delegation is visiting Prague at the invitation of the Czech Emergencies Minister.
