Delegation of Austrian Machine-Builders Union visits Karaganda region
KARAGANDA. May 13. KAZINFORM /Valentina Yelizarova/ The delegation of the Austrian Machine-Builders Union visited Karaganda oblast within the framework of a working visit to Kazakhstan on Thursday, May 13.
There were held mutual presentations and discussed ways of cooperation development at the meeting the akimat (administration).
"On the President's instruction Kazakhstan elaborated and successfully realizes the State Program of Forced Industrial and Innovative Development. Within this program the engineering field development is one of the priorities in Karaganda oblast. Hence I think that we will find areas of common interest", Karaganda oblast Governor Serik Akhmetov said.
"The Austrian enterprises are interested in development of economic ties with Kazakhstan. The relationships can be in various forms: as investments and joint enterprises creation", the head of the delegation emphasized.
