Decree of Kazakh Government identifies state energy registry operator
ASTANA. July 13. KAZINFORM — Kazakh Government's Decree from February 5, 2013 number 86 has defined the operator of State Energy Registry.

On the determination of the operator of State Energy registry
In accordance with paragraph 7) of Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 13, 2012 "On energy saving and energy efficiency", the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan decrees that:
1. "Kazahenergoekspertiza" JSC is the registry operator of the State Energy.
2. Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take measures following the decision.
3. The decree shall become effective upon the expiration of ten days from the date of first publication.
