Days of Kazakhstani Culture kick off in Indonesia
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Vice Minister of Culture of Kazakhstan Askar Buribayev and his colleague - Vice Minister of Education and Culture of Indonesia Wiendu Nuryanti have kicked off the Days of Kazakhstan's Culture in Jakarta, the press service of the ministry reports.
Kazakhstani singers came to Jakarta to perform in a concert within the Days of Culture on May 13. The concert was a huge success as all the tickets were sold out. Our crooners performed songs in the Indonesian language and also demonstrated the richness of Kazakh culture and musical heritage. Photo exhibition themed "Kazakhstan today" was held in Jakarta as well. "The Leader's Way" and "Zhauzhurek Myn Bala" movies screened within the Days of Kazakhstani Culture also generated intense public interest.
