Czech hopes to promote medical care cooperation with China, Kazakhstan
PRAGUE. KAZINFORM Czech hopes to promote medical care cooperation with Chinese companies, said Health Minister Svatopluk Nemecek on Tuesday.
He told a press conference that he can see large potential for healthcare cooperation with China, Arabia and Kazakhstan. Nemecek said patients from these countries and region can visit Czech spas in higher numbers than now and they can also use other medical facilities in the country. Czech pharmaceutical company Sotio has been developing new drugs for the treatment of cancer and other autoimmune diseases. It hopes to build a large laboratory centre in China.
Nemecek will pay a visit to Beijing next week and he will be accompanied by representatives of Czech hospitals and firms offering medical products or services, Xinhua reports.
