Customs Union investment climate highlighted in Italy
MINSK. KAZINFORM - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Italy Yevgeny Shestakov took part in the seminar held in Rome to highlight the investment climate, the legal climate, and the tax climate of the Customs Union, the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry told BelTA.
Yevgeny Shestakov mentioned the new prospects that open up for the national economies of Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Russia in view of the signing of the Eurasian Economic Union Treaty. The diplomat drew attention to Belarus' advantages in the context of business and investment cooperation.
The report delivered by the Belarusian diplomat focused on regional economic integration as a priority of the Belarusian foreign policy and a key factor for raising the stability of the national economy in conditions of globalization and the instability of the global economy, said the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry, BelTA reports.
During the seminar the head of the Belarusian diplomatic mission met with Chairman of the Board of Intesa Bank, President of the Conoscere Eurasia Association Antonio Fallico and also held a series of talks with top executives of the companies, which are interested in advancing cooperation with Belarus.
