Customs Union establishment benefits many countries: B.Zhamishev
ALMATY. March 27. KAZINFORM /Yekaterina Ionova/ "Establishment of the Customs Union is an opportunity that many countries are trying to use. To date there are 230 countries and over 100 interstate unions in the world", Kazakh Minister of Finance Bolat Zhamishev has said in Almaty today at the workshop on accession of Kazakhstan to the Customs Union.
According to the Minister, the work on establishment of the Customs Union isn't accomplished yet, it will be modernized, but the main thing is that its principles meet international standards.
The Head of the Ministry reminded that beginning from July 1, 2010 the customs clearance at the borders of the Customs Union member states will be canceled. It will promote business development in all three countries - Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus.
