Customs Union Commission to discuss SES formation in S Petersburg

MINSK. October 18. The 32nd session of the Customs Union Commission will be held in Saint Petersburg on 18 October, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Foreign Ministry.

The Belarusian delegation will be led by Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus, member of the Customs Union Commission Sergei Rumas.

The session will review the state of efforts to form the single economic space of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan. The parties are set to sign an agreement on the application in the Customs Union of the customs convention using the international road transportation book from 14 November 1975 and to discuss a number of other issues relating to the statistics of the foreign and mutual trade.

The parties will also adopt decisions on the technical, customs, tariff and non-tariff regulation, sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary measures in the Customs Union; Kazinform cites BelTA.
