Customs Union Commission approves draft agenda for EurAsEC Interstate Council
MOSCOW. April 21. KAZINFORM The Commission of the Customs Union of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan has approved the draft agenda of a session of the EurAsEC Interstate Council (the supreme body of the Customs Union) on the level of the heads of government. The session will be held on 21 May, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Commission.
The agenda includes the report of Sergei Glaziev, Executive Secretary of the Customs Union Commission, about the execution of the instructions to the Interstate Council, the discussion of the implementation of the action plan on creation of the single economic space.
The EurAsEC Heads of Government are expected to launch a number of international agreements which form the legal framework of the Customs Union including the agreement on the rules of establishing the origin of goods that are exported from developing and least developed countries, the agreement on the unified rules of establishing the origin of goods, the protocol on data reporting procedure for foreign trade statistics and mutual trade statistics, the protocol on the status of the customs statistics center of the Customs Union Commission, other documents.
Members of the Commission have charged Commission's Secretariat to hold the comparative analysis of the legislations of the Customs Union participating countries in the field of customs regulation, BelTA reports.
