CU investment and tax climate debated in Rome
ASTANA. KAZINFORM A seminar on investment, legal and tax climate in the Customs Union countries organized by Discover Eurasia public non-profit association with support of Intesa Bank took place on June 20 in Rome.
Reps of Eurasian international alliances, large Italian and financial companies, heads of CIS diplomatic missions, well-known Italian experts, mass media attended the event, the Kazakh MFA's press service said. Those gathered discussed opportunities to invest into the Customs Union of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus that becomes a point of intersection for the development of world business. Taking the floor Kazakh Ambassador to Italy Andrian Yelemessov said that the CU is one the most promising and successful integration processes in the ex-USSR. He said that the Government takes measures to adapt Kazakhstan's productions to working in new conditions. The diplomat also briefed on the main provisions of the law on improvement of the country's investment climate.
