CU introduced common forms of vehicle registration certificates
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus have introduced a single form of vehicle registration document, thus, the citizens of these countries are free to buy or sell a car in any of the states within the CU, said 24.KZ
Customs Union's Agreement "On introduction of common forms of vehicle registration certificates (carriage frame certificates) and self-propelled vehicle certificates as well as certificates for other types of equipment and on organization of electronic certificate systems" is already in force with a delay of execution. The common form of vehicle registration certificates operates in both paper and electronic forms. The Agreement was developed to eliminate barriers impeding access to domestic market of the CU and SES member-states of equipment manufactured in the member-states, to create common electronic certificate system for free circulation of such products in domestic market of the CU and SES.
