CU establishment led to positive trends in Kazakh economy: K.Massimov

ASTANA. May 31. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ "Establishment of the Customs Union led to positive rends in the economy of Kazakhstan", Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov said at the session of the Customs Union supreme body in St. Petersburg.
"The Customs Union launched on January 1, 2010 proved its efficiency and promotes development of the economies of participating countries. In particular, in Kazakhstan the establishment of the Union led to many positive trends. The economy growth due to development within the CU among other things, in the first quarter made up 7%", K.Massimov said.
