CU establishment and market expansion to improve investment attractiveness of Kazakhstan - Minister Zhanar Aitzhanova
ALMATY. June 9. KAZINFORM /Daniyar Sahimbayev/ Formation of the Customs Union and expansion of the country's market from 16 million to 167,8 million people is expected to improve investment attractiveness of the Kazakhstan economy. Minister of Economic Development and Trade Zhanar Aitzhanova informed today in Almaty.
She said that economic growth of Kazakhstan depended mostly on commodities export. "In this view, the program on diversification of Kazakhstan economy remains a priority", the Minister noted.
«When potential investors decide whether to join or not the manufacturing sectors of Kazakhstan, they will take into account the volume of economy, taxation, tax amounts etc. Moreover, the Government has developed several state programs in order to support domestic producers. One of them is "Business Road Map 2020", Z. Aitrzhanova stressed.
