CSTO should work more quickly and effectively - Russian President

YEREVAN. August 20. KAZINFORM /Murat Makulbekov/ CSTO should work more quickly and effectively, President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev has said at a press conference after the CSTO informal meeting in Yerevan today.
D. Medvedev told that it was agreed to prepare till December proposals regarding the change of the CSTO organizational documents with the purpose of creation of more efficient instruments, probably with extended powers.
