CSTO, Red Cross establish cooperation

SCOW. October 28. KAZINFORM Bilateral cooperation of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) will be discussed at a meeting of CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordiuzha and ICRC Director General Yves Daccord in Moscow on 31 October, BelTA learned from CSTO Press Secretary Vladimir Zainetdinov.
Accoridng to BelT, at the meeting the sides are supposed to discuss CSTO-ICRC cooperation in matters relating to the counteraction of threats and challenges in modern armed conflicts, the international humanitarian law and the legal framework for using force in complicated humanitarian situations.
