CSTO charter bodies to sit in Bishkek in May
MOSCOW. May 7. KAZINFORM Belarus' plenipotentiary representative in the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia Igor Petrishenko took part in a meeting of the CSTO Permanent Council in Moscow on 6 May, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian diplomatic mission.
The Permanent Council look through the CSTO draft plan of consultations on foreign policy, security and defense for H2 2013-H1 2014. The Council also considered the preparations for the CSTO charter bodies' meetings slated for May in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
Attending the meeting was CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha, representatives of the CSTO Combined Staff and structural divisions of the secretariat, BelTA reports.
