TANA. August 26. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The country's basic law is a guarantor of its maturity. Chairman of the Constitutional Council of Kazakhstan Igor Rogov has said at an international scientific conference "The state and personality: 20 years of development of Kazakhstan on the way of progress."
"The Constitution is a basis of independence. The constitution's author is the Kazakhstani people, and President Nursultan Nazarbayev is its mastermind," I.Rogov said.
Representatives of the state bodies of Kazakhstan, deputies of the Parliament, representatives of international organizations, Kazakh and foreign experts participate in the conference.
