Council on Innovations to be established in Astana
ASTANA. May 28. KAZINFORM /Gulnara Zhandagulova/ President of the Kazakh National Academy of Sciences Nurtay Abykayev suggested establishing of Council on Innovations on the ground of the Mayor's Office of Astana at the I Astana Innovative Forum today.
Besides, according to N.Abykayev, establishment of Astana Mayor's prize for the best innovation developers could be another step towards promotion and stimulation of innovative activity.
"We could establish such prize together", the President of the Academy noted.
The Astana Mayor supported both proposals. "Your proposals are accepted. We need such Counci ltoday. Concerning the second part of your proposal, we believe that the best appreciation for any scientific development is its implementation", I.Tasmagambetov said.
