Consulate General of Kazakhstan unveiled in Kazan
ASTANA. June 4. KAZINFORM Consul general of Kazakhstan Askhat Nuskabaya has met with Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov on the occasion of the opening of the Consulate General of Kazakhstan in Kazan, Kazinform refers to the Kazakh MFA's press service.
During the meeting the sides touched upon the current state and prospective directions for bilateral commercial and economic cooperation. Issues of interregional cooperation and perspectives of the Kazakh Consulate General's activities in Kazan were discussed as well.
"Having congratulated the Kazakh diplomat on the opening of the Consulate General and his new appointment, I. Khalikov informed him of the preparations for the upcoming Universiade in Kazan," the Kazan City Administration reports.
