Concept of code of administrative procedure for C Asia to be presented in Astana
ASTANA. November 2. KAZINFORM The concept of the code of administrative procedure for Central Asia will be presented at the III International Scientific Conference on Administrative Law, being held at the Palace of Independence.
The theme of the conference is "Theory and practice of administrative justice in the European countries and the countries of Central Asia."
"Kazakhstan, for a number of years has been working to find an optimal model of administrative justice, resolving issues on law arising from public-law relations between the state and the citizen," Kazakh Minister of Justice Berik Imashev said.
The conference is attended by prominent experts from Western Europe, Central Asia, the Southern Caucasus and Russia.
Its organizers are the Ministry of Justice, the Institute of Legislation and the German Society for International Cooperation, with the participation of the regional program "Promotion of legal state in Central Asia."
