Committee of Parliamentary Cooperation «Republic of Kazakhstan - European Union» held session
ASTANA. May 25. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The 9th session of the Committee of Parliamentary Cooperation «The Republic of Kazakhstan - The European Union» has started in the Majilis today.
The sitting was opened by Co-chairmen of the Committee Vladimir Bobrov and Paolo Bartolozzi.
The participants of the session discussed the issues of relationships between Kazakhstan and the European Union, realization of the Cooperation Agreement between Kazakhstan and the EU, implementation of "Path to Europe" State Program for 2009-2011 and the EU Strategy in Central Asia for 2007-2013. besides, the parties paid attention to the issues of Kazakhstan's OSCE chairmanship, development of energy dialogue, environment protection and others.
