Columbia University reps to analyze effectiveness of measures taken within Program of Forced Industrial-Innovative Development

ASTANA. January 11. KAZINFORM /Askar Bimendin/ The teaching staff of the Academy of Public Administration under the Kazakh President met today with a working group of Columbia University of New York City which has arrived in Kazakhstan at the invitation of the country's Government.

As Vice Rector Rustem Zholaman informed, the Academy of Public Administration under the Kazakh President and Columbia University consider an opportunity to implement together a research project on estimation of efficiency of the measures taken by the Kazakh Government.

"Our guests from Columbia University arrived at the invitation of the Kazakh Government. They face a very serious task as to make an analysis of effectiveness of the state measures taken within the State Program of Forced Industrial-Innovative Development, seek and evaluate up-to-date educational projects in the sphere of technologies and innovations as well as to elaborate recommendations on the basis of this analysis", R.Zholaman said.
