Co-chairs of parliamentary group on coop between Kazakh, Russian upper houses met in Moscow
ASTANA. January 21. KAZINFORM. /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Co-chairmen of the parliamentary group Akhan Bizhanov and Vladimir Babichev held a working meeting in Moscow yesterday.
They discussed the issues of realization of the recommendations developed during the 3rd sitting of the parliamentary group on cooperation between the Senate of the Kazakhstan Parliament and the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in October 2009. Those recommendations touched upon improvement of legislation in the field of border cooperation and a regulatory framework in the sphere of trade-economic and humanitarian partnership.
Besides, the parties considered the agenda of the forthcoming 4th sitting of the working group including the issues of Kazakhstan's experience in legislative provision of activity of the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan as well as the status and prospects of cooperation in the educational and scientific-technical spheres, in particular, vocational training.
