NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM Due to deterioration of weather conditions, classes at primary schools in Nur-Sultan have been cancelled today for the first shift, Kazinform learnt from the municipal education department.
According to the local emergencies authorities, wind speed in the capital exceeds 15mps.
