ASTANA. October 30. KAZINFORM Member of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Anatoly Bashmakov has taken part in the VII Conference of IWEIR - KISS titled "Bilateral political and economic relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan". The event was held in Moscow, says the press service of the Senate.
During the conference the senator made a presentation on "Kazakhstan and Russia - Passionarity core of the Eurasian economic integration." A.Bashmakov noted that the main precondition for the effectiveness of collective action is the experience of the CIS and EurAsEC.
"The meeting in Astana in September 2013 of the Heads of Government of the Customs Union and Common Economic Space of Kazakhstan confirmed the desire to develop and deepen the integration process. The most important track, on which now there is painstaking work of experts, is the preparation of the Eurasian Economic Union Treaty. In this case the removal of barriers and seizures is an extremely important condition for the growth of our national economy", said the senator.
A.Bashmakov also stressed that one of the important factors in the formation of the Eurasian economic union is a civilizational and humanitarian component . "We still do not fully appreciate the binding role of non-economic factors. The peoples of Russia and Kazakhstan are passionate and are complimentary. Here is our inexhaustible wealth. It is our spiritual structure that is designed to make economic integration even stronger", said the MP.
