Civil trials to be simplified - Chairman of Kazakh Supreme Code

At the event, Mr. Mami stressed that one of the primary goals at the moment is to draw up a brand new national legislation. "We intend to dramatically simplify civil trials, introduce mediation process and other measures of amicable dispute resolution. We also plan to create a new model of administrative justice in next two years," K. Mami said. "This year's adoption of the new Criminal, Criminal Procedure and Correctional Codes has become a new stage in implementation of the legal policy concept," he concluded.
