CIS Parliamentarian Assembly observers to attend Azerbaijan presidential elections

SAINT-PETERSBURG. September 5. KAZINFORM International observers from the CIS Parliamentarian Assembly will leave to Azerbaijan for presidential elections, the press center of the authority reports.
The group of observers includes 30 people, among them members of parliament of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan and Ukraine.
Short-term observers will arrive in Azerbaijan for a few days before the vote. They will study the situation at the polls, hold a series of meetings with representatives of the political elite of Azerbaijan and monitor the voting process.
