CIS Executive Committee received invitation from Kyrgyzstan to monitor presidential elections

TANA. August 20. KAZINFORM /Olzhas Askarov/ The CIS Executive Committee has received an invitation from Kyrgyzstan to monitor the presidential elections. Head of the CIS Observer Mission, Chairman of the Executive Committee-Executive Secretary of the CIS Sergey Lebedev has made it public at a briefing.
"We are very keen that the elections in Kyrgyzstan will be calm and that they will promote further strengthening of democratic basis in Kyrgyzstan. The CIS Executive Committee and our colleagues from parliamentary structures prepare response for the invitation from Kyrgyzstan to monitor the elections," S.Lebedev said.
