ST. PETERSBURG. July 31. KAZINFORM /Yelena Myagkova/ The CIS countries develop draft Conception in cultural cooperation. The document was considered at the session of the Expert Group at the CIS Executive Committee in Minsk; Kazinform correspondent reports.
Representatives of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belorussia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan took part in the session.
The experts discussed recommendations of the CIS countries to the project and made a number of amendments to its text.
The draft Conception is a coordinated by the CIS countries aggregation of official views in goals, objectives and principal direction of cooperation in this sphere.
The implementation of the Document creates conditions for consolidation of efforts of the CIS countries aimed at preservation and development of national cultures.
