Chinese, Russian leaders exchange New Year greetings

In his message, Hu said the Sino-Russian strategic and cooperative partnership has maintained a good development momentum in 2010.
The year 2011 will be another important year for the development of bilateral ties, which will mark the 10th anniversary of the signing of the Sino-Russian Good Neighborly Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation, Hu said.
