Chinese folk hero from Kazakhstan

ASTANA. September 7. KAZINFORM - China has a Kazakh folk hero. A student from Kazakhstan named Ruslan, who is studying at Hainan University, has become a national donor of China, this has been told today at Nazarbayev University by Chinese President Xi Jinping.
"In China negative rhesus blood factor is extremely rare. It is called here "blood of Panda". Patients with that blood group undergo difficulties to find a donor. A student from Kazakhstan Ruslan attended Hainan University and since 2009 he has become a willing donor, two times a year he gives his blood and helps the Chinese patients", said the head of China's State Council.
