Chinese FM to pay official visit to Kazakhstan Dec 27-29
ASTANA. December 27. KAZINFORM /Askar Bimendin/ At the invitation of Secretary of State-Minister of Foreign Affairs Kanat Saudabayev Foreign Minister of the People's Republic of China Yang Jiechi will pay an official visit to Kazakhstan on December 27-29.
Spokesman of the Kazakh Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ilyas Omarov has announced it at a briefing today.
"In the course of the visit the heads of the Chinese Foreign Ministry will hold negotiations with our country's leadership. They will discuss a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation in the political, economic and humanitarian spheres. There will be held an exchange of opinions on relevant problems of international and regional security. The key aspects of interaction in international organizations such as the UN, SCO, CICA and others", I.Omarov said.
According to him, the visit of the Chinese Foreign Minister will be an important event in further promotion of the Kazakh-Chinese strategic partnership and establishment of close ties between the two countries' foreign ministries.
