Chief of Staff of Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of Kazakhstan named

Born in 1975 in Aktobe region, Abiyessov graduated from the Kazakh State Management Academy, Kazakh State Law Academy. He received his master’s degree from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy under the National University of Singapore.

In 2019 and 2023, he worked as the deputy head of the public administration department, state inspector, deputy head of the state control and organizational and territorial work department of the Kazakh Presidential Administration.
