Chairman of Supreme Court M. Alimbekov meets US Judge P.Magnuson

Mr. Magnuson was sent to Kazakhstan by the International Association of Judges for studying the current situation in our court system, the status of the Judges Union and discussion the prospects of accession of the Union to the Association. P. Magnuson proposed Kazakhstani side to participate in the work of the International Association For Court Administration for the solution of the most urgent issues of court administration. He appraised implementation of the institute of jury in Kazakhstan. The American expert expressed confidence that Kazakhstan?s economic development level would let our country successfully implement and develop this democratic institute.
