Chairman of Culture Committee of Kazakh Ministry of Culture and Information appointed

ASTANA. February 15. KAZINFORM Kazakh Minister of Culture and Information Mukhtar Kul-Mukhammed has introduced new chairman of the Culture Committee of the Ministry today.
Ilyas Kozybayev was appointed chairman of the Committee.
