Ceremony of laying flowers to Tauelsizdik tany Monument held in Almaty

ALMATY. December 17. KAZINFORM /Daniyar Sikhimbayev/ A ceremony of lying flowers to the Monument "Tauelsizdik tany" (Dawn of Liberty) has been held in Almaty today. It is devoted to the Independence Day.
Participants of the December events of 1986, representatives of the city's akimat (administration), public-political and youth organizations laid flowers to the Monument. The ceremony participants observed a minute of silence for the victims of the December events of 1986, and then the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan was performed.
