Car fallen through ice in E Kazakhstan rescued

UST KAMENOGORSK. KAZINFORM A group of people traveling by a car went into a skid on Wed on a slippery surface in the Kurchum district of the East Kazakhstan region, the emergencies department said.
The driver and his passengers decided to go on foot to the adjacent rural settlement when they saw the car drown. It fell through unsafe ice four meters down at some 500 meters offshore.
