AKTAU. KAZINFORM - By voting for sustainable future, we demonstrated our unity to the world, acting governor of Mangystau region Alik Aidarbayev commented on the outcome of the last presidential elections in Kazakhstan.
"Since attaining independence, Kazakhstan and the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan have always strived to develop culture, traditions and customs of people of different nationalities residing here. Nowadays it is up to every citizen of Kazakhstan to preserve civil peace and accord in the country," Mr. Aidarbayev told Kazinform correspondent. "By voting for sustainable future at the presidential elections on April 26, we demonstrated our unity and commitment to democratic principles to the international community," he added.
